I start by understanding what actually needs to happen, not just what looks good on paper.

That means defining the right goals, audience, and positioning before jumping into tactics. I’ve built everything from lead generation strategies to full brand repositioning plans, always grounded in research and built to deliver.

This is where the plan gets real.

I map out exactly how to bring the strategy to life (platforms, content formats, timing, audience segments, budgets). The focus is always on clarity, momentum, and making sure every piece of the puzzle supports the big picture.

Once we know what we’re doing, I make it look (and sound) great.

Whether it’s copy, design, or layout, I lead the development of assets that actually engage people (emails that get clicked, landing pages that perform, social posts that connect). I bring a creative eye, but I’m also hands-on when needed (yep, I’ve cracked open Figma at 11pm too).

I handle setup myself, no mystery, no waiting.

I know my way around HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and most major tools. I make sure every link works, every form’s tested, every tag is in place. It’s not glamorous, but this is where campaigns succeed or fail, and I don’t leave it to chance.

Once it’s live, I’m already thinking about how to improve it.

I track what matters (not vanity metrics), build clear dashboards, and make changes fast when something’s underperforming. Optimization is built into how I work (not an afterthought).
